From the ground up
GOAT

Following their merger in February of this year, GOAT and Flight Club have fully launched their new refurbed sneaker service GOAT Clean after a trial period. The program offers sneakerheads the opportunity to sell used inventory more quickly by getting sneakers back into the best condition possible.

GOAT will professionally clean, photograph, price, and sell your used sneakers for a flat commission fee. For items with a sale price of $350 or lower, the commission fee is 30 percent. For all other items, the commission fee is 25 percent.

Whereas previously sneakerheads could sell deadstock and lightly used sneakers via GOAT’s platform, GOAT Clean promises to expedite used-sneaker sales by taking care of the nitty-gritty of cleaning and presentation. GOAT Clean takes care of everything, from cleaning the uppers, midsoles, and outsoles to freshening up the insoles and removing lint from the sock liner.

The program was initially trialed in its beta version back in June. After successful tests, GOAT and Flight Club have now officially ramped up the program.
