Highsnobiety

It's safe to say our ideas of the future are rapidly becoming a reality. And when it comes to the food delivery business, those changes seem to be coming thick and fast.

One revolutionary business you'll soon be seeing more of – because you can't really miss them with their pink anoraks as they dart through traffic – is foodora. foodora sits in Australia, Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden and is one of a new breed of food industry businesses born out of the Internet of Things.

It's an app where you can order from most, if not all, of your favorite restaurants in a city and have it delivered directly to your home or office door in 30 minutes. And now this includes Amsterdam's two-Michelin-starred restaurant &samhoud places.

As part of the rapidly rising startup's foodoracle video series, which tells the myriad stories of its restaurant partners around the world, foodora recently profiled &samhoud places' Moshik Roth. In the film, he discusses the sacrifices that go into making one of the world's best restaurants, as well as his relationship with food and what sparks his culinary creativity.

foodora also operate in Paris. Here they visit arguably the French capital's freshest restaurant: the all-female-run, all-organic, dairy and gluten-free La Guinguette d'Angèle.
