Because of a server glitch, fans of Future were in for a surprise when checking out a new track uploaded the rapper’s Spotify profile over the weekend.

The track is titled “Ausländer 2,” it’s rapped entirely in German, and it includes bars about the Turkish yogurt drink, Ayran, garlic Turkish sucuk sausages — which also feature on the album artwork — and cats sitting in laps. It also sounds nothing like Future. Listen below.

Naturally, fans were perplexed and took to Twitter to try and decipher wtf was going on. Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long to discover that “Ausländer 2” is not a new Future track, rather it’s the brainchild of a 15-year-old German parody YouTuber called Yunus Emre Nalci.

In an interview with Vice Germany, German Future confirmed that he didn’t hack the account and said he was surprised when people started hitting him up about the mistake. “I suddenly got a lot of Instagram messages from friends and strangers with screenshots of Future’s Spotify profile. I’m pleased about the attention, but it was definitely not hacking.”

Spotify has since realized the glitch and taken the track off the real Future’s account. The mistake probably has something to do with the fact that Nalci’s YouTube handle is “Future.” He currently has 418 subscribers. Find his videos here.
