G-Star RAW has partnered with filmmaker Dexter Navy for their FW18 campaign, "Uniform of the Free." The project highlights the history of the label, all while referencing denim's beginning as a workwear uniform.

The campaign stars a variety of confident, inspiring, and captivating individuals, including urban cowboys, hip-hop ballerinas, female dirt bikers, and urban climbers. This cast of characters has no qualms with pushing the boundaries, priding themselves in doing things their own way.

“Some people flash their skills or attributes outwardly, while others tend to reveal what’s special or unique about what they do in a way they don’t always give away at first glance,” says Dexter Navy, campaign director. “To me, that’s the spirit of ‘RAW’ and it’s what drives the vibe in the G-Star film.”

G-Star RAW FW18 arrives in stores and online this month.
