German Designer Florian Renner has come up with an incredible handheld Game Boy concept that will have you reverting back to your childhood. The original portable gaming system from Nintendo launched back in the late '80s and sold nearly 119 million units worldwide.
Renner's concept is the perfect marriage of old school elements and new school design. Aptly dubbed the GAME BOY 1up, Renner specifically aimed at keeping the catchy and memorable aspects of the Game Boy, but to adapt them to the current functions of today. The device has been constructed from natural fiber reinforced plastic and features the familiar headphone output and game cartridges.
