Game of Thrones finished out its sixth season this past Sunday night with a colossal finale, churning out more shocking deaths and plot turns than even the most die-hard fans were anticipating. It also broke its own viewership record, with a whopping 8.9 million viewers tuning in to watch it live. The finale also had a surprisingly large impact on another popular Sunday night media platform: Pornhub.

Using their viewership data, Pornhub revealed that they had an overall drop in traffic of over 4% during the hour that the Game of Thrones finale aired, the same statistic for the show’s premiere in April. This may not seem like a lot, but when taking into account how many actual users that statistic entails, it is a little jaw-dropping. Last Sunday night saw the least amount of masturbators in America in recent memory.

But that’s not all. Pornhub’s data revealed a variety of juicy details regarding search history in and around an episode premiere. After a show’s airing for instance, there is a huge spike in searches pertaining to specific characters’ sex scenes. Mother of Dragons Daenerys Targaryen is naturally the top of every character search, but the dark queen Cersei Lannister and the always swoon-worthy Jon Snow also rank among the most popular searches. And don’t even get us started on the number of Game of Thrones porn parodies that get searched both pre- and post-episode, including erotic odysseys like Gay of Thrones and Game of Bones.

Head over to Pornhub for a list of all the surprising statistics, it’s the only thing to tide you over until the premiere of season 7 next year.
