Cop It, Then Rock It

GmbH is the Berlin-based brand inspired by the underground culture of the city’s hedonistic nightclubs. Using deadstock fabrics sourced from Milan, designers Serhat Isik and Benjamin Alexander Huseby have grown GmbH (a German suffix that is an equivalent to “inc.”) into one of Berlin’s most covetable (and sustainable) fashion exports.

A stand-out (and super wearable) item from GmbH’s Ss18 collection is the Marlon hoodie. This staple piece has a relaxed fit with velcro straps, canvas panelling at the shoulder and silver-tone metal zips on the sleeves. This item could be paired with the Yolanda Biker Pants on the lower half, also in black, with details such as an exposed fly zipper on the front, exposed zips at the sides and more pockets at the knees. Not just black, SS18 saw some radical pops of colour too including the seam PVC pants in a shiny, royal blue and the Helly Hansen collab jacket, which gives a brand new silhouette to this classic piece of sporty outerwear.
