Editor’s Notes: Greg Lauren debuts the second drop from his collaboration with Italian clothing brand Paul & Shark. The collection pulls inspiration from Paul & Shark’s connection with the sea world, as Lauren reflects on the different faces of the modern active lifestyle.

Greg Lauren’s signature artisanal approach with its nomadic and Bohemian flare is complemented by Paul & Shark’s high-end materials and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques for SS20. Knitwear is a clear focal point of the capsule, as one of the standout pieces comes in the form of a knitted tailored suit. We then see overalls and coats deconstructed, in addition to kimono-like cardigans and ponchos in classic fisherman sweater-inspired patterns.

Lauren and Paul & Shark also draw from the energy surrounding the rugby field, with sporty iconic cotton pieces being updated with a preppy attitude. This portion combines classic striped rugby shirts with heritage sweaters.

Additional garments from the collaboration include traditional striped and plaid poplin cotton shirts, kimono jackets, boxy work shirts, destroyed denim, knitted baggy shorts, and a sailor-inspired knitted officers coat.
