Japan’s Hender Scheme has just unveiled its footwear lineup for the FW19 season. The collection comprises several different styles, ranging from formal leather shoes to boots and loafers.
While most of the styles are inspired by traditional formal footwear, they all feature some sort of modern twist. Be it the Fidlock closure on the Haze sneaker, which looks similar to a Clarks Originals Wallabee that sits atop a Vibram midsole, or the zip closure on the half-leather, half-canvas Epic boot. Each of the footwear choices offers the wearer a special something that sets it apart from other, more traditional styles.
Brand new styles this season include the Parallel shoe, velvet Kate slip-on, hand-mesh, goat leather shoe, and the zip-up Snuff, as well as the aforementioned Haze sneaker and Epic boot. Returning this season are the standard loafer, full lace Trek, and old end Ridgeway.
In addition to those styles, there is also a collaboration with Dr. Martens coming in FW19, although no further information on that exists at this time.
