As part of his SS20 collection, Heron Preston has teamed up with Brooklyn-based painter Robert Nava for several new garments. Nava allowed Preston to reproduce one of his works, almost childlike expression of an angel, as a print on unisex accessories, hoodies, tees, five-pocket denim jeans, pants, and a tailored blazer. The piece also appears as a an all-over print on a short-sleeve shirt and trouser.

Preston has been highlighting select pieces from his Paris Fashion Week show in June. Last week, he released further details about his collaboration with Dattner Architects on a runway-only quilted suit with foam-impregnated linings. Unlike the suit, you should expect to see the Robert Nava pieces in stores sometime next Spring.
