Christopher Nolan's 2010 film Inception invited viewers to explore their own reality. Cyrpus-based designer Stelios Mousarris, who was motivated by the film's concept, conjured up his own imagination to fabricate the "Wave City" coffee table. Made from wood, steel and 3D-printing technology, the arched table features a rolling cityscape of towering structures. The table, which folds onto itself and suspends buildings upside-down on the upper portion, was made in reference to the idea that dreamers can exert control over their own dreams.
