Japanese fashion designer Issey Miyake launches a new eyewear series titled Issey Miyake Eyes Project. Partnering with eyewear manufacturer Kaneko Optical, men’s designer Yusuke Takahashi strives to incorporate humanistic elements in his design ethos, creating each modular frame to resemble human bones. Select components are crafted from pure titanium, and by mixing and matching the three different frames with their detachable rims that surround the eyes, over 40 variations are possible. They will be available and Issey Miyake flagships mid-November for $450 each.
