Jim Jarmusch's next film has been formally announced. The Dead Don't Die is a zombie movie out on June 14 via Focus Features, and its star-studded cast is a who's who of previous Jarmusch-collaborators. The film's cast includes RZA, Bill Murray, Iggy Pop, Tilda Swinton, Adam Driver, Chloë Sevigny, Steve Buscemi, and Selena Gomez.

This is not Jarmusch's first foray into horror; vampires were the principal subjects of his 2013 film Only Lovers Left Alive, which also starred Tilda Swinton. The director's previous narrative feature, Paterson, found Adam Driver in the lead, while his last release was Gimme Danger, a documentary on The Stooges which naturally featured Iggy Pop prominently. RZA first worked with Jarmusch on the movie Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai, later appearing with Bill Murray in his 2003 anthology film Coffee & Cigarettes.
