After releasing another stunning, soulful track last week called “Teenage Fantasy” and celebrating her 20th birthday yesterday, London’s Jorja Smith has just dropped an accompanying video for her latest single.

No stranger to a cinematic aesthetic, “Teenage Fantasy” is a black and white Parisian saga reminiscent of '60s Nouvelle Vague films like Breathless. Smith dons a chic, cropped wig and journeys through the French capital’s streets and underground.

“Teenage Fantasy” is the neo soul chanteuse’s latest, one of our picks for best tracks of the week. Smith released her debut EP Project 11 at the end of 2016. Earlier this year, she released the single “Beautiful Little Fools” on International Women’s Day. She also featured on Drake’s More Life playlist on “Jorja Interlude” and “Get It Together,” and more recently on Kali Uchis’s “Tyrant.”
