Joya Studio and Harrods of London present "Oud, Leather & Plume Cedar," the department store's most expensive candle to date. The candle's scent carries strong hints of agar, suede, saddle leather, cedar and oil. The porcelain case was designed by Sarah Cihat, a ceramic artist based in Brooklyn who casted and stained it by hand, making each candle piece one-of-a-kind. Jewelry designer Michael Miller of K/LLER COLLECTION designed the brass lid, also casting and polishing it by hand in New York. All of this work involved in creating the OLP candle also makes it a work of art, and its $775 retail price point makes it seem that much more exclusive.
