Kali Uchis paid a visit to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last week to announce her debut album Isolation, while also unleashing a performance of her latest single, "After the Storm," with Tyler, the Creator. Now, the Colombian-American singer-songwriter has taken to social media to reveal the tracklist for the anticipated project.

Alongside Tyler (and Bootsy Collins), Isolation features the likes of Steve Lacy, Jorja Smith, Reykon, and Thundercat, among others. The album, which is a followup to 2015's Por Vida, boasts 15 cuts in total. A release is scheduled for April 6, but you can go ahead and pre-order a copy today.
