Model: Roma (unisex) and Roma Amor (for women)
Key Features: The unisex Roma is crafted using soft black leather and covered in a playful polka dot pattern. Karl Lagerfeld branding can be seen on the outside of both heels. The women’s Roma Amor features a satin upper and numerous Karl Lagerfeld logos among the polka dots. The shoe also features an exaggerated platform midsole with oversized Karl Lagerfeld branding.
Release Date: May 15 (limited release) and May 16 (full release)
Editor’s Notes: PUMA has announced a new collaboration with the late Karl Lagerfeld on two versions of its Roma sneaker. Iconic German designer Lagerfeld passed away earlier this year at the age of 85.
One sneaker in the collab, the Roma, is unisex, while the Roma Amor is a women’s shoe. Both feature co-branded graphics and an eye-catching polka dot pattern. The Roma was first introduced in 1968, starting life as a track shoe before becoming a lifestyle sneaker.
Check out both versions of the sneaker below and get ready for the May 15 release date.
