With KENZO's forthcoming H&M collaboration set to drop soon, hype for the French luxury label is at a high - and capitalizing on that mainstream spotlight is Carrie Brownstein, with her short film titled The Realest Real.
The film stars Natasha Lyonne from Orange is the New Black, House of Cards' Mahershala Ali, The Last Five Years' Laura Harrier, Girl Meets World's Rowan Blanchard and musician Kim Gordon. Set in a gloomy office building of the "Institute Of The Real And Really Real," the film depicts a comedic and almost sarcastic tone behind the world of modern social media.
Through poking fun at over-the-top comments on social media channels, we get to see Natasha Lyonne as Laura Harrier's mom - and the results are weird and hilarious.
