Think lyric videos on YouTube are all cheesy photos and pink Comic Sans font? Think again, because Berlin-based producer Laurel Halo just dropped a slick black and white 3D animated lyric video for her latest single “Jelly.”

The video, directed by Bureau Borsche, is enough to feast your senses on, but the track is just as wonderfully wavy as the visuals. With echoing, harmonizing vocals by Klein, Lafawndah and Halo herself, layers of lush synths, cascading piano and percussion, it’s a track we already have on repeat over at Highsnobiety Music HQ.

“Jelly” is the first single on Laurel Halo’s forthcoming Dust full-length, due out June 23 on Hyperdub - home to Jessy Lanza, DJ Rashad, and countless other bass-wise icons of underground electronic music. It's her first new music since 2015's In Situ, which you can revisit in full below.

In other music news, Lana Del Rey just officially released the title track off her new album Lust For Life featuring The Weeknd. Listen to it right here.
