After weeks of hyping its new smartphone, a model named the Z5 that promised to deliver a bezel- and notch-free all-screen experience, Levono has unveiled the phone’s design in Beijing — complete with notch (according to The Verge).
Initial sketches of the phone promised a sleek interface with no added design details. However, per The Verge‘s report, the actual design features a notch, chin at the bottom, and a bezel. And while Levono claims that the Z5’s bezel and notch are thinner than the Xiaomi Mi 8 and iPhone X, the reality still doesn’t match what Lenovo vice president Chang Cheng hinted at when he released a sketch of the phone’s notch-less design.
What the Z5 apparently does boast is a screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent and a 6.2-inch 19:9 1080p screen. Elsewhere, the phone contains an eight-core Qualcomm processor and 16MP dual camera.
Do you still rate Levono’s Z5 or are you hopelessly notch-averse? Let us know in the comments.
