While we’ve all been anxiously awaiting Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter V, it seems we’ll be hearing new music from him shortly. The rapper’s manager Cortez Bryant recently took to Instagram Live, revealing that Weezy is set to drop a mixtape called Dedication 6 sooner that you might expect.

“Maybe D6 in November, not December, that’s too long,” he says in the above clip. While nothing has been officially confirmed, Lil Wayne mentioned last year that he was working on the mixtape, needing to “find some time to get with DJ Drama” and finish off the mixtape. Producer DJ Drama teased their collab earlier this year on Snapshat, posting a photo of a sign that said “D6.”

Stay tuned for updates on Lil Wayne’s Dedication 6 mixtape, and in the meantime, revisit “Love Me” featuring Drake and Future below.

In other music news, fellow Young Money Entertainment rapper Nicki Minaj is trying to #BreakTheInternet with her sexy new ‘Paper Magazine’ cover. Take a look right here.
