At the end of last month, Logic released a brand new single with OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder. Titled “One Day,” the track was made “for everyone out there with dreams and goals,” Logic stated. Now, the 28-year-old musician returns with a powerful video to match the overall message of the song.

Michael Peña, Luis Guzmán, and Judy Reyes feature in the lengthy clip, which highlights a family being torn apart by border patrol. Prior to the release of the video, Logic took to Twitter to say:

“One Day” serves as Logic’s first release following his Bobby Tarantino II mixtape. You can catch him performing at the MTV VMAs Monday, August 20.
