Tune in and turn up

You can’t make up a story like that of rising artist London Richards. After rocketing into the public conscious with the release of his debut single, he played a single live show then disappeared, removing himself from society entirely for three whole years. Luckily, he has since returned to drop an EP, which includes the track “In the Hills Likely.” He’s now shared a visual to match, which you can watch below.

Speaking on the visual, London says that “This video is my homage to pop culture, which is really hip-hop culture at this point. It’s this superficial world I created, where stereotypes and materialistic things excite me. I co-directed the video with two friends who I’ve been making videos with for four years (Black Tongue Productions). Our videos are very aesthetically driven and I’m heavily influenced by Stanley Kubrick’s work – his attention to detail stylistically & symbolically has always been my aim.”
