After her highly anticipated sophomore album Melodrama landed earlier this month, Lorde has finally made it to the number one spot on the Billboard 200 chart.

The album made its debut at the top in its first week of release. In the week ending June 22, it earned 109,000 equivalent album units, with 82,000 of those in traditional album sales. The singer sold autographed lithographs of Melodrama’s artwork for 24 hours to celebrate the LP’s release.

Lorde’s follow-up to her debut 2014 album Pure Heroine managed to unseat Katy Perry’s Witness from its number one position on the Billboard 200 chart. The pop star is hitting up music festivals around the world this summer, and will embark on an international tour later this year. Check out all her upcoming tour dates here.
