Brand: Martine Rose x MYKITA

Season: FW19

Key Pieces: The SOS model works in all the colorways available, but we're drawn to the ’90s vibe of the zebra print.

Release Date: January 24

Buy: MYKITA online, Dover Street Market, and LN-CC on January 24. The collection will hit physical MYKITA stores and other selected retailers at the end of February.

Editor’s Notes: Martine Rose and MYKITA have just unveiled their latest collaboration. Following last season's ’90s rave-inspired eyewear, the duo has once again teamed up for a nostalgia-focused collaboration.

Taking inspiration from the way kids often wear glasses for fun — upside down — this latest release is designed to be worn comfortably both ways to mimic what MYKITA calls the "accidental cool of kids’ style."

The cat-eye model, dubbed the SOS, comes in a range of animal print patterns, including zebra, leopard, and giraffe. To complete the collaboration, the sunglasses come in supermarket-style packaging with a faux-discount sticker inscription on the lens.

Browse the collection above, then head to MYKITA to shop the collaboration when it arrives this Thursday, January 24.

In case you missed it, watch Martine Rose give a behind-the-scenes look at her Nike Monarch collab.
