Meek Mill brought his 9-year-old son on stage during his show at Philly club NOTO this Saturday. Rihmeek might not be quite ready to drop his first single (a la Alex from Glasto) but he’s certainly got the makings of a hip hop star.

It’s difficult to decode each of the young rapper’s bars from the TMZ footage, but from what we can decipher, he goes by “Papi” and his freestyling is impressively confident.

Mill reportedly stayed for the after-party following his hometown performance. It’s been a huge week for the rapper; A 2008 conviction that had dogged his career was finally overturned and he announced the launch of his Dream Chasers label under JAY-Z‘s Roc Nation.

On this episode of The Dropcast, we are joined by founder and creative director of 18 East Antonio Ciongoli, who gives us some wisdom on how to run an independent label today and talks about his past in menswear. Enjoy.
