Street Style is an ongoing series shot by Highsnobiety. This week, Copenhagen-based photographer Adam Katz Sinding (the sole force behind Le 21ème) heads to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tbilisi to capture the city’s style set as they take in the Fall/Winter 2017 shows.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Season: Fall/Winter 2017

Key Looks: We already know that matrix glasses are trending hard in Tbilisi, but it looks as though the Kurt Cobain-inspired alien shades remain firmly fixed on Georgia’s trend radar, too (slide #1). Highsnobiety’s own Nico Amarca demonstrates an expert lesson in off-kilter outerwear styling (slide #2), and the OFF-WHITE utility belt proves itself as globally ubiquitous (slide #5). Check out our street style report from Seoul, Korea for proof.

Editor’s Notes: It's spring in Georgia, which means the layers are coming undone, and Tbilisi’s style set are out to prove how statement style can be delivered in just a T-shirt and jeans. It’s all about the delicate details. Whether it's a frayed hem, jarring sneaker pairing, or a studded white crewneck (slide #1), think about the stylistic subtleties of a fire ‘fit to make an impact.

More pertinently, it looks as though the motocross trend might be overtaken by serious cycling gear? We’re not quite sure if the guy wearing a Trek-Volkswagen cycling jersey in slide #7 is a low-key cycling enthusiast who just happens to enjoy fashion week? But given fashion’s appetite for appropriation, it’s fair to assume he’s wearing full-on cycling gear for literally no reason, because #fashion.
