Mercedes-Benz continues to renew its entire offering, breathing a new layer of design into its entire lineup of vehicles over the past few years. In general the brand perception has certainly changed, being more design-driven and overall more dynamic these days than a few years ago. What had initially started with the new entry-level A-Class, has by now made its way through many more models of the German car maker. The off-roader lineup is the latest one to get revamped, coming with a renaming as well. The GLA was the start in the class, and the brand new GLE, which we show you here, is the new version of the previous M-Class. For the first time Mercedes-Benz offers a plug-in hybrid SUV with the GLE 500 e 4Matic. The GLE 250 d comes with a fuel efficient four-cylinder diesel engine and at the top end the brand presents the new Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 4MATIC and the GLE 63 S 4MATIC. The exterior and interior have been completely redesigned. The exterior reminds more of the previous GL now and the interior presents itself as a beautiful and modern space with state-of-the-art technology throughout. Look out for the release of the new Mercedes-Benz GLE later this year.
