Following Microsoft's original announcement over one year ago, the technology giant has revealed the specs for its upcoming Xbox Project Scorpio. Using the project name to label its new high-performance Xbox One, Microsoft is scheduled to bring forward a more fluid and exciting gaming experience with this new console. Having already been made aware of the machine's 4K performance, the modified Xbox One console is capable of outputting 60fps, with eight custom x86 CPU cores, rumored to be 30 percent faster than the original Xbox One. Project Scorpio will also feature a 2.5-inch built-in hard-drive with 1TB of space, an improved color compression system, a next-gen codec and, most exciting for long-term fans, full compatibility with all Xbox One and Xbox One S consoles.
