Migos are being sued for their “Walk It Talk It” track. According to TMZ, the Atlanta trio is being sued by rapper Leander Pickett aka M.O.S who claims Migos ripped off his “Walk It Like I Talk It” song from 2007.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Pickett first heard the Culture II track in January. He then filed copyright on his song two months later, before hitting Migos and Capital Records with a lawsuit stating that their song uses a "substantial portion" of his track.

Pickett's lawsuit requests that Migos be stopped profiting off his work, which would stop any future performances of the track. According to The Blast, Pickett is also looking the group to turn over all their profits from the song, as well as an unspecified amount in damages.
