This is not the first time the two brands have partnered up, however, this capsule is especially significant. Not only does it celebrate NEIGHBORHOOD’s 25th anniversary (the brand was founded in 1994), but also the longtime friendship and collaboration between founder Shinsuke Takizawa and WTAPS founder Tetsu Nishiyama.
In a joint effort, NEIGHBORHOOD and WTAPS deliver bombers, jungle shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, and tees. The heavily WTAPS essentials feature NEIGHBORHOOD’s checkered pattern and the brand’s signature crossbones.
Fans of both brands can start 2020 by purchasing the capsule collection when it drops on January 2 from both brands’ stores and online.
