When last we checked in with Nendo, the Japanese studio had designed a sumptuous chocolate bar in Tokyo capable of striking jealousy into the heart of Willy Wonka. This time the company has departed from the world of confections and turned its mind to accessories and architecture.

At the special request of Tod's, Nendo and designer Oki Sato created the "Architect" bag as a responsive product that takes into account the needs of actual architects. Crafted from butter-soft, malleable leather, the carrier changes shape according to what it's holding. You can also extend the bag to hold full-scale drawings as well as samples and documents. The middle section functions as a resting place for heavier items and construction materials as it is intentionally flexible and can withstand quite a bit of pressure. Bonus features include Tod's signature stripe at the bag's front, stow-away handles and a made-in-Italy fabrication that can't be beat.

If you've got a few projects in the works that will require a reliable bag purchase yours on Tod's website or in-store. Price is upon request.
