Japanese design studio, Nendo, unveils a new collection of timepieces inspired by the rulers and measuring instruments that are so essential to the work of architects and designers.

Featuring a clean, minimalist aesthetic, a grid-like pattern appears on the lens of the "Draftman" watch that resembles technical drawing paper – another essential piece of kit for every draftsman. The minute, second and hour markings also appear on the watch lens, leaving the face bare.

There's no purchase info just yet, but we'll let you know as soon as we find out.
