Nipsey Hussle, 33, has died following a shooting in Los Angeles, Pitchfork reports. The musician and entrepreneur was shot multiple times outside his Marathon Clothing store and passed away after being transported to hospital. Two other people were also hospitalized.

Raised in LA, Nipsey started releasing his music in 2005, which put him on the radar of other artists such as Drake, whom he collaborated with on "Killer" in 2009, and Snoop Dogg, appearing on his Malice in Wonderland album also in ’09.

He founded his own record label, All Money In, under which he released albums such as The Marathon and Crenshaw, the later of which Jay-Z bought 100 copies of at $100 a pop. Over the years he also worked with YG (on the track "FDT (Fuck Donald Trump"), Rick Ross, 9th Wonder, Kendrick Lamar, Diddy, and many more.

Nipsey also owned his clothing store, Marathon Clothing, and a STEM education center called Vector 90.
