Eric Holder, the Nipsey Hussle murder suspect, has had his case revisited by a Grand Jury, resulting in two new charges.
The LA District Attorney’s Office announced in a news release that Holder has been indicted for “one count of murder, two counts each of attempted murder and assault with a firearm, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.” The two new charges are for assault with a firearm.;
Holder is accused of fatally shooting rapper and community leader Nipsey Hussle on March 31, as well as wounding two other men in the altercation. He has pleaded not guilty.
