Nirvana 'Nevermind' Outtakes by Photographer Kirk Weddle

Beginning on May 30, Modern Rocks Gallery in Austin, Texas will be holding a showcase of photography work by Kirk Weddle. The exhibit will feature outtakes from the shoot for Nirvana's second studio album, Nevermind. The cover for the rock band's 1991 release is the iconic shot of the naked baby underwater. Coinciding outtakes from the promo highlight members of the group in a swimming pool, mimicking the classic artwork. For the first time ever, these photos will be on sale, as many of them have been signed and are limited edition. The showcase will be running from May 30 until June 27.
