Many huge razor manufacturers boast about increasing the number of blades and claim to have the best razor on the market, OneBlade however uses just one and claims to be "the best on Earth. Period." That's a big claim, and at $300 a pop, you better hope it's right.
The new OneBlade razor was thought up by Porter Stansberry after experiencing a perfect shave at a small barber shop in Italy while on vacation. When he got back, he ended up spending $1 million on research and development, before working alongside top Brooklyn-based design firm PENSA to create a visually stunning, sleek and sturdy product, aimed at giving the user the cleanest, closest shave.
It's built with high-grade German Stainless Steel, which is then treated with military-grade physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating, which, in laymen's terms, makes them virtually indestructible and resistant to corrosion. The razor attaches to a precisely machined pivoting head, with teflon-coated steel springs allowing it to conform to your face. The blades themselves are "Feather" single-edge blades, crafted in Japan. This thing will have your stubble begging for mercy.
If you fancy giving it a try, you can pick one up for $299 over at the OneBlade web store.
