Oprah Winfrey gave a captivating speech at the Golden Globes back in January, and even hinted at the possibility of running for president in 2020.

In an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Thursday night, Winfrey shot down any possibility of running for presidency by reiterating to Kimmel, "I am definitely not running," after turning to look straight into the camera.

Additionally in the video above, Winfrey went on to speak about her relationship with Donald Trump, particularly her feelings on his insulting tweet about her, in which the President criticized her lauded 60 Minutes segment as being "biased and slanted." Check out the original tweet below.

In the tweet Oprah was referring to, Trump called the media mogul "very insecure," adding, "the facts incorrect. Hope Oprah runs so she can be exposed and defeated just like all of the others!"

While Winfrey brushed it off and responded with her own reasoning, she also explained how all of the rumors about her running for president started.
