In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the notorious Pirelli Calendar, premier German publisher TASCHEN offers a retrospective compilation of previously released editions. First published in 1964, the calendars were exclusive to important clients and VIPs. Since then, the Pirelli Calendar has expanded into a legendary showcase of the world's most beautiful women - Naomi Campbell, Gisele Bündchen, Cindy Crawford and Kate Moss, to name a few - shot by esteemed photographers such as Patrick Demarchelier, Nick Knight, Annie Leibovitz, Terry Richardson and Mario Testino.

Bonus features include rare, behind-the-scenes photos of the shoots, the unpublished 1963 calendar, a selection of "censored" images deemed too risqué by the editors of the time, and an interview with art directors Derek Forsyth and Martyn Walsh.
