Ahead of next week’s launch, Raised by Wolves shares the lookbook for its SS19 collection. The debut comes as the brand has just been nominated for the CAFA “Canadian Menswear Designer of the Year” award.

First off, Raised by Wolves SS19 boasts a number of collaborations with the likes of Barbarian Sportswear, Manitobah Mukluks and Yeenjoy Studio. RBW and Barbarian present a new short-sleeved version of Raised by Wolves’ celebrated Wild Ones rugby jersey, constructed from randomly mixed heavyweight jersey, meaning each piece is essentially a one-off. RBW and Manitobah Mukluks then come together on a pair of leather slides with a debossed Raised by Wolves logotype on the strap, a heat-moldable footbed and crepe sole. RBW and Yeenjoy have crafted a porcelain incense chamber made to resemble Rome’s famous Capitoline Wolf statue, pegged as the most complicated incense chamber ever created by Yeenjoy, as it took 24 days to carve.

Raised by Wolves also offers a number of in-house goods for SS19, including the DIY Bleu De Travail, which is the brand’s version of a French worker jacket. Perfect for layering, the garment features a Japanese 10 oz canvas, triple stitched seams, multiple pockets and synthetic bone buttons. Another outerwear standout comes in the form of the Color Block Stadium Jacket, a full-grain leather and melton wool varsity jacket with a quilted nylon lining, direct embroidery, heavyweight ribbed cuffs, snap buttons and leather welt hand pockets.

Another key piece from RBW’s SS19 collection is the Hawaiian In Bloom Shirt, a reinterpretation of the Hawaiian shirt, with an open collar, French placket, single pocket and a full floral pattern in poplin.

Lastly, SS19 ushers in the return of Raised by Wolves’ coveted Fuck Off Door Mat. The mat is made of dyed black coconut fibers with a white flocking print.

Raised by Wolves’ SS19 collection launches in-full on March 12 at Raised by Wolves and select retailers globally.

Not NYC, not LA.
