One of the world's rarest Rolex's has just been put up for auction. Nicknamed "The Unicorn," the watch is a 1970 white gold Rolex Cosmograph Daytona reference 6265.
The watch is believed to be a one-off because, before it was discovered, manually-wound Rolex Daytonas were only available in stainless steel or yellow gold.
The watch's owner John Goldberger has initially said he wouldn't sell the timepiece but has now listed it for sale to benefit the charity Children Action that works with vulnerable children around the world.
If you're in the market for what is set be an extremely expensive watch, the white gold Rolex Cosmograph Daytona will go on sale at the Geneva auction house Phillips on May 12, 2018.
