Originally launched in 1957, the Ray-Ban “Caravan” continues to offer the perfect alternative to the “Aviator,” taking the classic’s instantly recognisable shape and slimming the frame for a more streamlined look. While we’ve always been fans of the standard gold and green G-15 lens combination with its old-school military feel, a new contender appears in the form of a limited-release, dubbed the  “Ultra Caravan.” Maintaining that squared silhouette, the frame is reworked in titanium and plated with either white or yellow 18k gold. Fancy. Upgrading the lens spec, a hydro-oleophobic coating has been added which, alongside the usual 100% UV protection, offers clearer color visibility and a water-repellent finish. Packaged in Ray-Ban’s old school brown leather case, grab this limited edition over at the website.
