Pitchfork reports that RiFF RAFF is heading to court on a $12 million sexual assault suit. The civil case, which will be heard in Washoe County, Nevada on May 28 next year, has been filed by a woman against RiFF RAFF (real name Horst Christian Simco) and fellow rapper DollaBillGates (real name Eric Lasaan Bing) in relation to an incident that occurred in August 2014.

The plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe, accuses the pair of sexual assault, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, and civil conspiracy, and is seeking damages of $12 million. She alleges that she and a friend were intimidated into sex after the rapper withheld their money and spoke in a threatening manner. RiFF RAFF denied the accusations in a court declaration from September 2016.

More information about the case can be read on Pitchforkhere.

News of the court case comes just months after two women came forward to accuse RiFF RAFF of sexual misconduct and rape. At the time, the rapper declined to make an official statement about the accusations but did write “HATERS POP UP WiTH LiES […] BiTCH ASS iNTERNET TROLLS ON THE ATTACK” on an Instagram post.
