With CES 2018 currently ongoing, tech companies from around the world are unveiling their latest creations as South Korea's Samsung has introduced the world’s first consumer modular MicroLED TV, dubbed "The Wall."

Measuring in at 146 inches, the enormous self-emitting screen demonstrates how television is evolving to offer consumers an outstanding viewing experience, while acting as a centralized smart hub as well. It replaces color filters with micrometer (µm) scale LEDs, which are much smaller than current LEDs, and serve as their own source of light. This enables the TV to deliver unmatched definition without restrictions to size, resolution, or form. In addition, its thin bezel-less design allows consumers to customize their television to the size and shape of their choice.
