Model Vsevolod Cherepanov, better known as Sever, can add fashion designer to his resume. A modeling gig for Gosha Rubchinskiy saw the beginnings of his Instagram stardom, and the eponymous brand was founded in 2016 — debuting at Paris Fashion Week.
But unlike Gosha’s Russian street culture-inspired collections, Sever’s pieces are heavily influenced by techwear, utilizing lightweight and high-performance fabrics with lots of zip closures. Clearly influenced by ACRONYM’s monochromatic tech/style fusion, Sever’s designs come with a slightly more affordable price-tag than the German brand.
Now, Gosha’s muse has dropped his SS19 line exclusively at END. The key pieces from the all-black collection have to be the jackets — which feature three-layer membrane fabric for ultimate weather protection (even during Russian winters) and multiple zip pockets — as well as workwear-inspired pants, made from the same material, with multiple cargo pockets and zips.
Take a closer look at all our favorites from Sever’s SS19 collection, along with our picks from the SS18 line still available to shop online.
