Editor’s Notes: Berlin-based creative label SOUVENIR launched its EUnify project last year in response to the Brexit vote, as it’s a medium of protest and call to action for young Europeans everywhere.
Since the launch of their EUnify hoodie with much success and featured on artists and influencers like Virgil Abloh, Juergen Teller, Isa Genzken, and more — SOUVENIR has produced a special EUnify FW18 collection. The range includes a sweater, tees, sweatpants, headwear, waistpack, iron on patch, and the popular hoodie punctuated with a circle of stars on the front, along with a star on the back where the phone number of the EU hotline serving democratic resource of political education is provided.
Overall, with the right-wing nationalism on the rise and Brexit still pending, SOUVENIR hopes this EUnify project collection will continue to raise awareness and promote engagement with EU politics and the European identity.
