We had the pleasure of creating an official collaboration with Stranger Things in celebration of the show’s third season. With both the new season and the collection now available, we’re delving deeper into the project by highlighting the locations referenced throughout the capsule.
The official Highsnobiety x Stranger Things collection consists of eight pieces, including T-shirts and hoodies with both graphic and embroidered details. The collection draws inspiration from various locations featured in the show, ranging from Starcourt Mall and Scoops Ahoy ice cream parlor where Joe Keery’s character, Steve, works, to The Hawkins Post, Camp Know Where, Hawkins Community Pool, and the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana where Stranger Things is set.
Below we showcase each piece from the collaborative capsule, then detailing the location the garment draws from. After learning more about Highsnobiety x Stranger Things, you can shop the collection online. Prices range from $52 to $123.
Our Locations Hoodie references multiple places of interest from the Stranger Things series, including the town of Hawkins, Scoops Ahoy, The Hawkins Post, Hawkins Community Pool (where Dacre Montgomery’s Billy Hargrove works as a lifeguard), Starcourt Mall, and Camp Know Where. The heavyweight cotton hoodie is the most detailed piece from the collection, boasting multicolored embellishments on the back.
Starcourt Mall T-Shirt & Logo Hoodie
The Starcourt Mall T-shirt is a nod to the local mall where the kids hang out. Steve’s place of employment, Scoops Ahoy, is also located in Starcourt. The short-sleeve tee features a slightly box skate fit, with screen-printed graphics.
The Logo Hoodie isn’t necessarily a nod to any one particular location. Made from heavyweight cotton, the hoodie welcomes the Stranger Things logo screen-printed on the back, while the front features a hit of embroidery.
City of Hawkins Sweater
Our City of Hawkins Sweater is a nod to just that, the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana where Stranger Things is set. The long-sleeve crewneck features a classic boxy fit, boasting embroidery on the front and the back.
Hawkins x Highsnobiety Long-Sleeve
The Hawkins x Highsnobiety Long-Sleeve points to the city of Hawkins, which calls home to Hawkins High School, that is highlighted in the gallery. The crewneck tee features a slightly boxy skate fit, with screen-printed graphics on the front and the back.
The Episode’s Long-Sleeve mentions each episode from season three of Stranger Things, therefore, multiple locations are referenced including Starcourt Mall and Hawkins Community Pool, among others. The T-shirt features a boxy skate fit, with screen-printed graphics.
Ahoy T-Shirt and Hoodie
The Highsnobiety x Stranger Things Ahoy T-Shirt and Hoodie pull inspiration from the nautical-themed ice cream parlor, Scoops Ahoy, where Joe Keery’s character, Steve, works. The short-sleeve tee features a slightly boxy skate fit, while boasting a puff-printed graphic. The heavyweight cotton hoodie has a chenille patch on the front and embroidered details on the back.
