Editor’s Notes: Staying true to their Floridian aesthetic, South Beach-based label, Stray Rats, has just sauntered into the Spring/Summer 2018 season with a strong first delivery. In a Miami-shot lookbook filled with graphic prints splashed over boldly colored streetwear staples, you’ll note pop culture nods in the shape of a Bratz tee, plays on the logo of metal band, Machine Head, and a Star Wars-inspired sweater, alongside long-sleeved skater tees, joggers, and bucket hats.

Julian Consuegra’s Stray Rats has been building slowly over the last eight years, morphing from a South Florida local cult brand to finding itself on the racks at Opening Ceremony, and emerging as one of the most coveted brands on the streetwear circuit without ever peacocking under the spotlight.
