The basement is outfitted with some incredible features, that will ensure that you do not get bored any time soon.

A wooden timber wave is the most distinct design element in the space, while a small gym area, bar, pool table, lounge area, TV area, and a full skate bowl, will ensure uninterrupted entertainment. South African artist Jack Fox has covered the walls of the skate bowl, which is a nice touch, sitting right next to the skateboard rack.
