Tune in and turn up

It may be Drake Day on this planet, but there’s another Canadian rapper that you’ll want to pay attention to today and her name is Tommy Genesis. The Vancouver artist just ended Pride Month with a bang by dropping an empowering anthem called “100 Bad.” If you’re not captioning all of your future foodie photos with the line “I spit it, I lick it, I count it and I flip it,” consider deleting your account all together. Granted, this song is not about food although Tommy does make suggestive remarks about tongue activities… Every word out of her mouth sounds so good that you can practically taste it through the speakers.

“100 Bad” marks Tommy Genesis’ second collaboration with producer Charlie Heat following their 2017 hit “Tommy.” The track will be featured on her forthcoming album Genesis which also includes the previously released tune “Lucky.” An official release date has not been confirmed at this time. For now, bump the latest banger in full below.

In other news, Charli XCX just dropped “Focus” and “No Angel.” Get all the details here.
